Known all over the Planet

The world is one small globe and there is no single important city where you won’t find a Mexican Restaurant or and Argentinean “Parrillada” with its famous “Asado”.

Latin American Food has its roots in three important source s which are the native Americans that were there for centuries before Columbus, the European influence of the colonizers and then the African influence that has left a mark in many countries of Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Each country is a world by itself. Cuban food is different from the Brazilian; Mexican food is different from the one from Chile. But they all have in common that Latin American Food is one of the tastiest and aromatic food on the Planet.

We are going to go deep into country by country. Here is only a preface of the different cuisines and what are the main dishes of each one.
